As you may understand by now we all have different characteristics, but we are also all very similar, regardless of gender, so don’t confuse our names with something else. It is the part that we will talk about later, ie. that we are a united people. All are important. It is man on earth who weakens man. Because you all come from the same source but then you separate you. You need to strengthen this and start seeing all individuals as equal, women as men.
We also have plenty of shamans on our planet. It is shamans who teach about all the arts and rules of the universe, so you too will do in the future. They will then produce new knowledge, and this is what you need to learn when the year of the shaman comes to you too.
They will then receive a high status on your planet, but not to see themselves as superiors, but to assist you in the process that will take place then. They become like doctors, when they help a human being in need, but in this case, they help your planet through the power that the universe provides us with. That is why there are also many shamans on earth who already talk about this very thing and have already made a good contact both with the spirit world and other people who can be seen throughout the universe.
Even Ulrika has followed the teachings of a shaman, the time when she lived and worked as an Indian/shaman woman in the United States in one of her previous lives. (Therefore, she has now been elevated to the source of the universe to explain and assist you in the help you need now).
Therefore, it was also important that we received permission from your God to use some of your beautiful earth angels, light workers who are here to work for the good light. Ulrika is an earth angel who has stood by us before, so we welcome her back into our world. That is why our contact has been so easy. And the lives we lived together then we will further develop in our future books.
Your God has now given his permission in this. Therefore, most of you will now feel our presence, which is a conscious evocation. So don’t doubt our contact, if it’s the one you want now. Because if you are chosen to stand by us but do not wish to do so, we of course respect your decision. We then just move on to the next one. We do not deny our services to those who do not wish our contact. But we need many who can convey our words, and since your qualities differ, we need your differences as well.
So, you see, help is on the way. Man will be lifted during the ascension that is now taking place, and you will receive new tools all the time. You will also become stronger and united as a people. Then you will also stop accepting the lies that prevail now, and only listen to what your own heart tells you.
But not only that. What we Kathremer wish to talk about now is the inner power that we both possess and use. Because it is as we said before that all inner work always takes place both from the inside and from the outside.

Because it is so, for us to acquire all the inner power that we possess, we need to get it from somewhere, and this is where we sail out to the immense power of the universe. Because without the power that the universe possesses, neither you nor we would be able to live in our physical bodies. Therefore, it is of great importance that you also learn to ”manage” energy, i.e. the power that the universe ”sends out”, in the right way. Because it has also come to our attention that many of you, not all of you, do not really understand the power of the universe. Therefore, we now wish to explain it a little better.
The universe, as many already know, is a massive source of power. It is where everything is ”created”. It is where everything is ”managed”, and it is where everything also dies and is reborn. So, what part of this is it then that we Kathrems want you to learn? It is the one about ”managing” the power.
The technique that we Kathremes use is a force that goes both in and out. That is, it means a constant inflow and outflow.
How do we then obtain this power? This we do through our ”sensors”, as we call it. We can therefore ”feel” where and when the power is in the right dose in the matter, in which we wish more power, or not.
What do we mean with that? Well, imagine a car. It needs to be constantly fuelled to run, right? But not only that. It also needs oil and other things to function, which is exactly what we mean. We can therefore, in our physical bodies, ”feel” exactly where and how much the energy that the universe sends out and where it ”lands”, so to speak. How much petrol the car needs, which oil is best for that car, the body, etc.
So, if we feel worried about something, we immediately deal with it through the energy that our inner ”reaches”. If it is a physical healing, for example an injury, then we call on our healing team to first look over the physical part, and then reach and heal the inner part with the energy of the universe.
Maybe some of you say: We cannot heal our inner and outer self with the universe’s power source? We say: we can. Because we always first invoke our own ”energy enhancement system”, as we call it when we apply inner and outer healing. We can therefore both with healing technology, through the power of the universe, heal the most difficult diseases. You haven’t gotten there yet, so it may sound a little surreal to you. But for us, it is the most obvious healing process that can happen and is also the one that we use.
What do we mean with that? Well, everything that you are made of is what the universe is made of. Everything that exists in the universe exists within you. So why shouldn’t we be able to heal us by using the power of the universe? Why are your people using tablets in healing, when they contain nothing of what comes from the universe?
Therefore, we Kathremer have a holy scripture on our planet, to only supply our bodies, both the spiritual and physical, with what exists and comes from the universe. If something is created ”outside” the power that exists in the universe, then this is not something we add to our bodies.
Because it is so, you have many adding substances, as we call it, in your bodies that are neither in your nature nor in the universe. You need to ”clean” this away, then you also clean away many of the diseases that you end up with. Because you will, through new doctors and shamans, as we talked about earlier, reach new subjects but above all new ways of working. Then you will also adopt our healing methods, where you work within, and only, the source that the universe brings to you. Nothing else! And we always call for the power of the sun when we need extra healing. So can you.
But of course, our bodies are also weakened by the time of old age, or for us ends up in a weakened state. But not like yours. We usually find out for ourselves where the error lies, and we can then change based on what both the soul and the external body need at that moment. On the other hand, age is something that we neither wants to or can control. Because it is part of the circle of life, from which the universe is created, i.e. rebirth. Therefore, we need to leave one incarnation to make way for a new one, so that our soul can continue the journey that we are all on.
You will also redo your entire healthcare system in the future, i.e. its internal structure, its internal concept. Because when you eat and live better, you will no longer need to add large buildings where people lie and wait to be ”taken care of”. Instead, you will work according to an ”improvement and prevention system”, where you instead take care of yourselves.
So, a certain closure will take place in the future within healthcare and instead we will open more preventive ”efforts”, for example through shamans, healers and other important actors. It is in this spirit that you will live in the future. So, living for the highest good, both for your spiritual and physical body, is always to prefer.
