Ulrika begins:
It is a spring day—the year is 2020. The sun warms my skin, the birds sing in the garden, and I sit in my favorite chair, surrounded by the first buds on bushes and trees. The air is fresh and filled with promises of all that is to come. Suddenly, I feel new signals within me — at first I think it is my tinnitus, so I lean my head back and try to rest. But the signals grow, become more numerous and more insistent. Since I have never felt them before, a worry arises: has my tinnitus worsened?
I seek contact with my guardian angel, Nikodemus. We begin to write together, and Nikodemus explains where the signals come from.
— They are souls who call themselves Kathremer. In our soul contract, it is written that at this time we shall cooperate with them and help to convey the knowledge they carry. They are friends we will work with in the future, so open your heart to them, says my father.
— I will do that, father. But who are they?
— We let them introduce themselves. They will contact you when you meditate.
So it happened. I begin to write with Bermuda, a Kathrem who tells me that I have lived with them in a previous life. Over time, more Kathremer step forward. Therefore, we now want to share the conversation where they introduced themselves to me.
I am sitting at my kitchen table when Kazandra enters:
Hello Ulrika.
We are Kathremer, and we are happy to be here and assist you in the work and the changes that now must take place, before you can enter the new earth. There we will finally live together as friends, something we have all longed for.
Who are we? We are Alfredo (captain), Kazandra (me), Bermuda, Afrodit, Fredzo, Freptzo, Captro, and Keftu.
Alfredo – The Captain
Alfredo is our captain, a leader who for many years has fought for peace and harmony. His greatest goal is for every individual to have the opportunity to reach their full potential. In his work, he often travels, which sometimes makes it difficult for him to be close to his family — his wife and their two children — but his commitment to the group is always just as strong.
Although Alfredo can sometimes be perceived as strict, it is rooted in a deep care for all of us. If someone goes against him, you meet a determined face, but behind the discipline and experience is a leader who always puts the group’s best first. He takes no unnecessary risks, but ensures that we carefully test everything new before sharing our discoveries.
Community is his guiding star — that we work together towards the same goal. That is also why we have resumed contact with Ulrika, our soul mate, who has previously been a student with us and taken part in our basic knowledge.
Alfredo has already welcomed Ulrika as a loyal family member. He sees her desire to develop and learn, even when the body protests. As long as the will to work for peace and love exists, our captain always stands by your side.
We are proud to have him as our leader.
Kazandra – The Mediator
I, Kazandra, still live in my teaching, even though I have gathered much knowledge over the years. To develop, the teaching must never stagnate — we constantly take in new discoveries and learn from the old, over and over again. This is also something we wish you humans would do, for you have locked yourselves into your teachings, something you will soon notice.
I consider myself a righteous woman, soon a pensioner by your standards, but still on the ship to share my knowledge. This mission is my last journey together with my friends and an opportunity to meet Ulrika, our newly arrived friend.
My family on Thrinica is large, and everyone there has taken Ulrika to their heart. They know well how difficult it can be to get through challenging situations, but they also know that it is precisely these trials that make us grow and develop.
We are many siblings, and even before we incarnated it was decided that we would be a large family where everyone supports each other. Our missions are always linked to Thrinica’s needs, and since we all have big tasks to perform, the bonds between us needed to be extra strong.
Some of my family members are here on the ship, while others work tirelessly to strengthen and elevate all elements on Thrinica.
My interests are closely intertwined with my work. Contacts with other groups have been my specialty in many lives, and I gladly unite people with our Kathrem friends. I quickly see if there is a good connection to build on. One of my future missions is to help people find their Kathrem.
I am well versed in Kathrem history, something I share in our upcoming book. History—or parallel connection, where we live in several bodies simultaneously—has always fascinated me. This is also what we tell about in the book, how my journey with parallel connections began.
I have good contacts for those who want to develop their parallel connection, both to other lives and galactic contacts. On board there are many with different connections, for example Pleiades, Andromeda, and other beautiful beings.
We have a special chain of power on board, which lives in many connections and still does. They live in simulation, many lives in their physical bodies and are in contact with all at the same time.
This means that they, in their physical body, can create another body and plan new lives already now, because they live at such a high frequency. Everything happens in cooperation with your higher self in the spirit world.
Then they use the body to study its behavior under different conditions. The purpose is to understand body and soul, predict future behavior, and test different scenarios. It requires discipline and many years of training, but everything is possible when it comes to development.
Bermuda – The Healer
Bermuda is what you would call a nurse, but with us everything starts with the psychic before we move on to the physical. By managing the inner, we can avoid many physical injuries. Here you have much to learn, especially those who work in healthcare. This is what Bermuda will help you with during our joint journey.
She gladly shares recipes for healthy drinks, a specialty on the mothership. These drinks give strength and heal the body without artificial preparations. We will stay here for a while and help you as best we can. When the time is right, some of us will return home, while others stay. We never leave you!
Afrodit – The Guide
My name is Afrodit and I am a guide on the mothership. It is my responsibility to ensure that everyone follows the plan we have laid out for the journey.
We have noticed that many people have difficulty listening inward. I am here to help you rediscover the inner voice, stand firm in your own power, and stop listening to empty words from your leaders. That is why I have taken on this important mission: to reach out to you and show what is required for you to cooperate as a united people, instead of fighting and going against each other.
A liberation will also take place from those who have long held you captive, and my work plays a crucial role there. I have a military background, but with us leadership is about guiding people into their lives, not about ruling with power.
We have no war preparations left, only a few outdated ones that remind us of a time we do not want to return to. We always work based on each individual’s needs, so that everyone can develop within their discipline.
My task is to lead you towards a common society where you work together. We start with those who oppose, before we can create real change. This is also the work we have already begun.

Fredzo – The Mechanic
My name is Fredzo and I am the chief mechanic on the mothership. I want to share with you the obstacles you may face before the year turns to 2025.
If you have not awakened when the great change happens, you may feel confused—it is completely normal, so do not worry. This often happens when we let go of things we have long believed in, but which turn out to be false. Then some may feel deceived and try to mislead you. Do not listen to it! Resist, no matter what they say. Do not let their words affect you; that is our advice.
We are here to help you and will come down and stand by your side, but only when the time is right. Therefore, it is important that you remain calm. For this to happen, we need your support, not chaos. Then you will also see how it really has been with you. When the truth is revealed, some may react with despair. When that happens, it is crucial that you do not get swept away in the storm, but instead support each other. That is what makes you strong.
Much needs to happen, even within yourselves, before we can land with you. Among other things, you need to raise your frequency, as we like to say with a wink. This means you need to reach a higher level to better understand the journey we will make together.
Be prepared, for we will gradually step forward on a larger scale, and we are now many who stand united by your side. More ships have arrived in recent days (this was in 2020). Our strength may feel overwhelming to some, but only at first.
Freptzo – The Observer
My name is Freptzo and I work on one of our nearby ships, not far from the mothership. I am a second-class sergeant. Alfredo, our captain, has now given us permission to share where we are.
My friends and I, those of us on the smaller ships, are 600 miles from Earth. It is not as far as you might think. We have been here for many years to observe and learn as much as we can, so that we can help you in the best way. As Fredzo mentioned, we will soon enter your world, although we cannot reveal how it will happen. Within a few years, more people will have met us, even in our physical bodies.
So do not be worried if any of our friends try to contact you. Many will notice that we are not as foreign as some think, since you, just like Ulrika, have also been in contact with us in another life. Maybe you recognize our energies.
Captro – The Unifier
Captro is a stately man. Together with Keftu, he will lead us down to Earth. His task is to unite us with you and ensure that everything goes right.
It was also Captro who contacted Ulrika when we about two years ago began to send some messages on our YouTube channel. We then took a long break because the time was not ripe. Now Captro is ready to lead us into a new era.
Keftu – The Young Leader
Keftu is the son of Bermuda, and he is a proud son. Despite his young age, he has already developed all aspects of leadership. He has also been in contact with Ulrika via his telepathic ability. At her side, he tried to teach her our way of transmitting information. Even though it did not go all the way that time, we are convinced that she will master this type of communication excellently in the future.
Kazandra continues:
As you may understand, we all have our unique qualities, but at the same time we are very similar to each other, regardless of gender. Our names should not be confused with anything else, because it is precisely our community and equality we want to highlight. We are a united people where every individual is equally important. It is humans on Earth who often weaken themselves by creating differences between each other, even though we all have the same origin. It is time to strengthen the insight that every individual is equal — women as men.
— Where do you come from? I ask Kazandra.
— We come from a place near Orion, where the star Sirius shines brightly, she answers. That is where we learn and develop magnetism. Our planet is called Thrinica 2, but we actually have two planets: Thrinica 1 and Thrinica 2.
— How is it that you have two planets?
— Thrinica 1 is our original base planet, where we develop and operate our machines. But when we began to travel through space, we discovered Thrinica 2, which was larger and better suited for our growing population. There our ancestors built the world we live in today.
Since then, both our world and our technology have developed. That was when we created the magnetic concept, knowledge that only a few galaxies have access to. It is important for us to share this, so that we can grow together and you can also become part of the world of magnetism. In the future, you will no longer use electricity.
The technology we use is called The Magnetic Sphere. It is a fundamental technology that you will also use in the future. We have described this in our book about the Kathremer. The technology works for us because both our atmosphere and our magnetic field are different from yours. Our planet actually has two magnetic fields, thanks to a very strong inner core.
We have a large magnetic field that envelops the entire planet and is in direct contact with us. We use it to communicate and interact with each other. In addition, we have an outer, superimposed magnetic field that acts as a shield against strong gravitational fields that sometimes affect our world.
Therefore, we work where you are, not where we are, so that you can use the power that exists on your planet. So it is written in our soul contract, the one we have together with your God. We must not go ahead of you, but all development must take its time. Some news we may convey, but only in small amounts and only if your God has given permission.
These are lessons we ourselves learned when our own home was about to be lost. Then our seat of power faced a difficult trial, just as you do now. Therefore, we stay with you for a while to help you through the process that needs to happen.
— What language do you use?
— We use the Kathrem language. It is an allied language already used by many in the universe.
— Where does it come from?
— It comes from Kathedranien, the place where we operate. We call ourselves the earthbound Kathremer and usually say: I am a Kathrem.
— Are there non-earthbound Kathremer?
— There are, but not in the way you might think. It is another people who are not where we are. To distinguish ourselves, we call ourselves the earthbound people of Kathedranien.
— I have learned that I have lived with you in a previous life. Where did we live then?
— Then we lived in a place called Dionsys, which means connection. It was a place where others could stop over, and where we manufactured and repaired various machines, including those based on magnetism.
— How can we communicate when you are there and I am here?
— It happens through telepathy, but also via the spirit world. It’s like a pause halfway, where your angels take over and translate our words. And since your telepathic ability is now so highly developed, it is precisely that which enables our communication. Bermuda is happy to explain how you learned telepathy with us.
— Oh, thank you, I would love to hear that.
Bermuda explains:
For us to reach each other in this life, it was crucial that we had a shared way to communicate—in our case, telepathy. You became aware of this early in your spiritual development, and it is something we have continued to develop together.
— How did I develop my telepathic ability with you? I ask Bermuda.
— Before you came to us, you had already gathered an inner teaching through previous lives and the experiences you carried from them, she answers. Among other things, when you lived as a strong shaman woman, fearless and with great inner power. It is precisely these teachings and that strength we now need to awaken again in this life.
After that, you made several personal journeys, sometimes through sorrowful lives, where you once again had to face your inner self and learn to handle everything happening on the outside. But we won’t delve into that now—it has been a long journey to reach where we are today.
Eventually, you arrived with us. There, you not only worked with the magnetism we had at the time, but also deepened your spiritual concept—and this is where telepathy comes in. Your telepathy could not develop until you had completed your inner journey. It’s important to understand that spiritual development always begins inside, not through external tools.
— How did I come into contact with telepathy?
— We placed you in a school where you learned sacred scriptures. These we will revive later, perhaps in our next book. But everything began with building your sensitivity. Already as a child, you trained to be attentive to your surroundings. This ability was awakened early in you, so it could develop at the right time. That’s why, already in 2016, when you started writing with your father, you could use automatic writing without realizing it.
As your sensitivity increased, you began writing earlier than others. You learned to sense what you wanted to write about and follow that thread—this is how you learned to listen to your higher self.
When you mastered the art of listening inward and reaching your higher self, you explored other texts—texts about the magnetic ability found on our planet. You learned to distinguish what came from your higher self, from other highly developed souls, or from other dimensions.
You often stayed up at night to deepen your teachings, since it was then, as you said, it was quiet and you could feel and hear your own and others’ sensitivity. That’s also why you sometimes absorb others’ feelings, which can disturb your inner channel. We will help you with this, so you can preserve the silence you need to work and feel well.
That’s how it all began, and before you turned 30, you had become a fully-fledged Telepathist, as we call it. That’s why we are here now, to rekindle the friendship our people had with you then. And that we can communicate today is thanks to the technique you learned with us.
But for our contact to be sealed, we first needed to create an inner bond of love. We always unite in the heart before we can do so in thought. We know you felt our authenticity from the beginning and trusted us, which is wonderful. Thank you for your trust—we know it can be difficult to receive the right information from us galactics and trust that it is true, but you felt early on that it was, and therefore you never hesitate.
Our communication is based on telepathy—a high energy frequency of thought that always begins from within, never from without. It is in the heart that the feeling for the words exists, the ones you hear. Sometimes we have direct contact with Ulrika, who then senses a feeling in the heart before the words come.
But sometimes we need to store information, which you then retrieve when you can. It’s not always possible for us to write when we meet, so we can instead place our message in a kind of container at a certain energy frequency. When you open up to it, the text appears—like a recording you save to watch later.
This is an advanced technique we taught you, so we can give you text even when you cannot receive it directly. When you have opened the recording, we get a message that the storage is emptied, and we can add new text. So it continues—sometimes in the present, sometimes in a stored energy frequency.
— How can we open a stored text?
— To open the letter we placed there, you need to reach the same frequency. That’s why we sometimes need to raise your energy frequency, and that’s what your inner journey has enabled. When you reach the right level, you retrieve the text in a private space, intended only for us.
— Where is this space?
— It is connected to the energy level your soul is at. The more you develop, the higher and more you come into contact with.
— So we can retrieve information as from a private vault?
— Yes, exactly—and it is at the level you are at.
— Do you have to lower your level then?
— Yes, but not always. We’re not talking about different dimensions, but about the energy frequency we use. We can store information in the link and collect everything as in a vault. So yes, we can lower ourselves, but it’s not always necessary.
It works similarly for you when information is stored in your higher self. You can retrieve it when you are ready. But here it happens at the same frequency, not in a higher memory. We always communicate via energy frequencies when we use high telepathic ability.

Therefore, she has now been elevated to the source of the universe to explain and help you with what you need. It was significant that we received permission from your God to use some of your beautiful earth angels, lightworkers, who are here to work for the good light. Ulrika is an earth angel who has helped us before, so we welcome her back into our world. That’s why our contact has been so easy, and the lives we lived together will, as mentioned, be further developed in our future books.
